Kids Yoga Asana: Grasshopper

Grasshopper


In yoga, my body can be many things.
Now I want to be a Grasshopper with wings!
Lying on my belly with my chin to the floor,
I take a moment to simply rest, nothing more.
Next I bend my arms and raise one leg straight off the ground.
I bring my leg back down and switch sides--all without a sound.
