Exploratory Learning

We want to have adventures. This means we are open to learning in many forms and with all of our senses.

For this reason, we don't focus too much on teaching letters and numbers, etc. We focus more on exploration of good and natural things surrounding them so they can get a sense of where things come from, their divine goodness and what the essentials in life are, before they get too caught up in the more academic details (which we feel will come better and faster after having this firm foundation laid).

LEARNING STAGES
1. WILL - Hands (0-7 years)
Imitation of Goodness
Children, especially in the first stage of life (age 0-7) need guidance from good examples and awho can also be attentive "adventure guides"--to show the way and then have faith to let the children mimic and explore the edge of their knowledge into the unknown, hand in hand. They need to experience with all their senses, also with spiritual eyes, and be free to express themselves in various forms and reflect on these new-found realities.

2. FEEL - Heart (7-14 years)
Exploring the Beauty in all things

3. THINK - Head (14-21 years)
Finding Truth in all it's forms

These are some random thoughts not fully captured/expressed (work in progress)
